What is weight loss?


Diets only work in the short-term. You can absolutely lose weight on a diet. But what diets don’t do, is to help you find a long term solution, so that you need never “diet” again. They do not help you to become one of those people who has no trouble with eating proper portions and exercising regularly. One of those people who just has a normal relationship with food and whose weight is under control.

At Ingledew Therapy this is what we do. We teach you how to get that “normal relationship with food” and the result of doing that is weight loss. We then help you to maintain your goal weight for good.
