Diets only work in the short-term. You can absolutely lose weight on a diet. But what diets don’t do, is to help you find a long term solution, so that you need never “diet” again. They do not help you to become one of those people who has no trouble with eating proper portions and exercising regularly. One of those people who just has a normal relationship with food and whose weight is under control.
