My background


I believe the best way for you to get to know me and my approach to therapy and working with my clients, is for you to hear directly from me in my videos.

I often say to my clients that so much of what we do relies on the fact that you feel like you can work with me - hence why it's important to actually hear me speak and then be able to either meet me in person or online, for a free, no obligation consultation.

I know that the biggest battle you face throughout life, is the one you face within yourself. I provide you with practical strategies for overcoming negative thoughts and self-sabotaging behaviours. I can help you get rid of your past traumas and teach you to take control of emotions such as anxiety, depression, frustration, anger, resentment and guilt once and for all so that you can live the life you truly deserve!
I have owned and run Ingledew Therapy since 2016. I have a degree in Psychology, alongside professional qualifications in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy and Neuro-linguistic programming. Before starting my practice I had a twenty year career in business - I haven't forgotten what those pressures were like.

I understand personally what it is to suffer with mental health issues and I transformed my own life using the methods that I use today with my clients. I truly believe in practicing what I preach! And my story, and my clients' stories are living proof that these techniques not only work, but deliver real and lasting change.
